Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't legendary, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and include all tags to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional inserts are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned loot, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
